Detailed Description From Employer:

Our client, based in North London, is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner on a permanent contract. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. This is a full time role (35 hrs per week) and is paying an annual salary of £50,000. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the retail industry.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Acting as a HR Business Partner, supporting the retail side of business
  • Providing HR Support to roughly 100 small independent supermarkets across the country
  • Supporting and providing guidance regarding TUPE transfers and business re-structures
  • Managing a variety of employee relations cases including absence issues, policy violations, organisational changes and more
  • Working with Assistant Business Partners, providing support and guidance

Experience required:

  • Experience required in retail industry
  • Experience with TUPEs/organisational change

Working hours: 35 hours per week Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm (flexible)
