Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a wide range of employee relations cases, from advisory matters through to complex casework
- Partner with senior leaders on talent management, including succession planning, talent reviews and calibration
- Collaborate with HR specialist teams (Operations, Reward, L&D, Recruitment) to deliver joined-up HR solutions
- Support senior leadership on people matters and HR projects, stepping in where required
- Maintain up-to-date HR policies and ensure compliance with UK employment legislation
- Act as HR lead for headcount planning, partnering with finance to track and report workforce data
- Champion diversity, equity and inclusion across all stages of the employee lifecycle
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative people data to inform decision-making, reporting and action plans
- Support and coach more junior HR team members as appropriate
- Contribute to ad-hoc people projects and initiatives as they arise
Key Skills:
- Strong generalist HR background with significant ER experience
- Confident partnering with senior leaders and executives
- Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, regulated or professional environments
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Data-literate, with experience producing meaningful people insights
- Experience using an HRIS (Workday desirable, not essential)

This role is well-suited to a confident, hands-on HRBP with strong employee relations expertise , comfortable partnering with senior leaders and operating in a regulated, fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with executive stakeholders and the wider HR function to deliver high-quality HR support, drive people initiatives and ensure a consistently strong employee experience.
The Role: As HR Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers across the business, taking ownership of ER matters while contributing to broader people strategy and delivery. The role blends day-to-day HR partnership, complex ER case management, talent and succession activity, and data-driven decision making, with exposure to senior leadership and board-level reporting.
