Summary: The HR Business Partner role is a fixed-term contract position focused on supporting account teams and leadership through complex change initiatives, including TUPE transfers and restructuring. The successful candidate will act as the primary HR contact for integrating and engaging transferred associates while managing various HR operations and compliance. This position requires expertise in transformation and change management within the Tech or Digital Services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives including TUPE transfers, restructuring, and integration.
  • Partner to navigate employment law and employee representation.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, payroll, ensuring smooth integration, benefit harmonization.
  • Manage redundancies through proper planning and legal compliance, consultation, selection & implementation.
  • Handle Associate queries that are complex and are not handled by Associates Services team.
  • Train Associate Services team when needed to be more proficient in handling employee queries.
  • Manage changes originating from regulatory, policy or process changes.
  • Run well-being initiatives and employee engagement programs.
  • Manage HR aspects of grievances, appeals, disciplinary matters and other potentially contentious cases as delegated considering the Staff Regulations and Rules, Instructions, policies, procedures and practices, relevant principles of law.

Key Skills:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in the Tech or Digital Services sector is an advantage.
  • Proven expertise in transformation, TUPE, restructuring, change management, collective redundancy, UK employment law, and employee relations.
  • Pragmatic, calm, and solutions-focused approach in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.

About the Role
