Key Responsibilities:

  • Support People Director in delivering people solutions aligned to business priorities
  • Build effective working relationships with line managers, providing day-to-day HR guidance
  • Support organisational change activities such as restructures, role changes, and ways-of-working
  • Work with internal comms to coordinate and deliver change communications in partnership with leaders and internal communications
  • Support managers with practical guidance during periods of change
  • Assist with role profiling, working with reward on job benchmarking, and job documentation and approvals
  • Support consultation processes by preparing documentation, tracking feedback, and coordinating timelines
  • Contribute to workforce planning discussions by working with analytics to provide data, insights, and analysis
  • Work with the ER team to provide first-line HR advice on employee relations matters, escalating complex cases as appropriate
  • Support change-related ER activity, ensuring processes are fair, consistent, and compliant

Key Skills:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role or HR advisory position
  • Basic understanding of change management principles and employee engagement
  • Experience supporting managers with HR processes and employee relations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
