Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex employee relations cases, providing expert guidance while coaching managers to build capability and confidence.
- Drive engagement initiatives including surveys, culture, wellbeing, and inclusion to enhance employee experience.
- Contribute to performance, development, and change initiatives, including training delivery, talent mapping, and organisational projects.
- Partner with the Senior Leadership Management team to shape and deliver the regional people plan aligned to business objectives.
- Use people data and analytics to produce insightful reporting, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead workforce planning, organisational design, and succession planning to support current and future business needs.
- Support recruitment and resourcing activity, working closely with hiring managers on workforce and capability planning.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 3 years’ generalist HR experience, ideally at Senior Advisor or HRBP level, with CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent).
- Strong employee relations expertise with the confidence to coach, influence, and challenge managers at all levels.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator; able to work autonomously, travel regionally, and hold a full UK driving licence.

Salary up to £42,000 + £5,700 Car Allowance
Elevation HR are excited to be partnering with one of our construction clients to appoint a HR Business Partner to join their HR team, based in Leeds or Sheffield, on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role offers hybrid working (3 days on site/2 days wfh) and will require some travel to different sites across the North West and Yorkshire which gives you the ability to really see the value added across the business.
