Our client, a large UK organisation providing mobility solutions to hundreds of thousands of customers nationwide, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its HR leadership team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This strategic role partners with senior leaders and executives to shape and deliver people strategies that support organisational performance, workforce capability, and long-term business growth. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership teams to align people priorities with operational goals while ensuring the organisation remains equipped with the talent and structures needed for future success.
