Summary: The HR Business Partner role involves supporting a significant HR and Payroll system transition while contributing to key HR initiatives such as policy development and workforce planning. This fixed-term contract position requires collaboration with leadership to enhance employee engagement and manage HR compliance processes. The role is hybrid, allowing for one day on-site in Kirkintilloch and four days of remote work. The position is set to last until December 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the implementation of a new HR and Payroll system.
  • Contributing to HR policy development and ensuring compliance with employment law.
  • Partnering with leadership to drive employee engagement and business transformation.
  • Managing HR data, reporting, and compliance processes.
  • Overseeing employee lifecycle processes to ensure best practice.

  • Proven experience supporting HR systems implementation and business change initiatives.
  • Experience in policy development, employee relations, and service reviews.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ideally, immediate availability to start.
