Sciensus are currently looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join us on a 12 month fixed term basis at our Burton office. This will be a hybrid working opportunity coming into the office at least 2 days a week. We are looking for a strong HRBP with the ability to develop excellent relationships with stakeholders within multiple functions across our business with proven exposure and experience in change management and people planning. You will be comfortable in making a key commercial contribution to the growth and improved profitability of the business by partnering dedicated business areas and assume overall responsibility for developing and implementing effective strategies and interventions to meet the evolving business areas objectives for the future. You will ensure the business is legally compliant, accountable for the delivery of operational KPI’s (including retention, attrition and absence), adding value to the bottom line and contributing to the success of the business through its people.
