Summary: The Human Resources Business Partner Associate role in Greater Manchester involves supporting a leading media services organization by delivering exceptional HR services. The position requires strong relationship-building skills and a focus on process improvements within a hybrid working environment. The successful candidate will act as an internal consultant, managing complex queries and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This is a 3-month contract with an immediate start, emphasizing collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an internal consultant focusing on key activities required by the Division.
- Manage and grow key relationships within the business and the wider HR Team.
- Proactively handle complex queries and support issues.
- Maintain visibility within the HR and wider business environment.
- Focus on continuous improvement and accountability for developing solutions.
- Collaborate across the Divisional team and/or People Services.
- Represent the People Services function and advocate for digital approaches.
- Use data and analytics to measure effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
- Foster a culture of service excellence and coach the team.

- Strong experience as an HR Advisor or Business Partner.
