Key Responsibilities:

- Driving performance, engagement, performance optimisation, and professional development strategies.
- Leading and supporting people-related projects, ensuring compliance and excellence.
- Championing well-being, equity, and inclusivity in the workplace.
- Collaborating with global teams in a matrixed environment to deliver best-in-class HR support.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Manager role.
- Strong employee relations and broader generalist HR activities.

We are looking for a professional and capable HR Business Partner to our client's Manchester location on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a unique opportunity to work within a high-performing and collaborative team, implementing strategy and partnering senior stakeholders.
