Summary: The HR Business Analyst role focuses on supporting the discovery phase of a new Workforce Management implementation in Dayforce for a leading client in the catering/hospitality sector. This position requires experience as a Business Analyst on HR projects, with a preference for those familiar with Workforce Management modules. The role involves engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders and is predominantly remote with occasional travel to South Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the discovery phase of Workforce Management implementation in Dayforce.
- Engage with various stakeholders, including ground teams and C-suite executives.
- Demonstrate stakeholder management skills to gain buy-in from diverse groups.
- Utilize experience in HR projects and Workforce Management modules.
Key Skills:
- Experience as a Business Analyst on HR projects.
- Familiarity with Workforce Management modules.
- Experience with Dayforce or similar HR/WFM systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
