Summary: The HR Business Analyst role focuses on supporting the discovery phase of a new Workforce Management implementation in Dayforce for a leading client in the catering/hospitality sector. This position requires experience as a Business Analyst on HR projects, with a preference for those familiar with Workforce Management modules. The role involves engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders and is predominantly remote with occasional travel to South Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the discovery phase of Workforce Management implementation in Dayforce.
  • Engage with various stakeholders, including ground teams and C-suite executives.
  • Demonstrate stakeholder management skills to gain buy-in from diverse groups.
  • Utilize experience in HR projects and Workforce Management modules.

Key Skills:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst on HR projects.
  • Familiarity with Workforce Management modules.
  • Experience with Dayforce or similar HR/WFM systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in the hospitality, catering, or retail sectors is desirable.
