Our client, one of the most prestigious FS businesses in its field, is seeking a bright energetic administrative assistant for their central human resources team. This varied and high-profile role requires someone with some administration experience to date as well as excellent communication and IT skills.The company has an excellent fully inclusive working culture and offers excellent benefits.Key responsibilities:Ensuring confidential company staff records are up to date and maintained in the HR systemensuring the data integrity of the HR systemVarious HR reports for senior management as well as for audit purposesmanaging the administrative side of the started and leavers processesproviding past-employee referencesQualifications and skills required:Ideally a strong educational (degree) backgroundExcellent communication skillsAbility to work and think autonomouslyProactive natureStrong IT system data skillsIf you meet the above skills criteria and have some administration experience please apply for more detail.
