Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HRIS systems like Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Support payroll and employee relations.

- Ensure compliance with employment law and HR operations.
- Assist with time & attendance, sickness, absence, redundancy, and onboarding procedures.
- Collaborate with unions as needed.
Key Skills:
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent HR experience.
- Proven experience in HR helpdesk support and transactional HR processes.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Solid knowledge of time & attendance, sickness, absence, redundancy, and onboarding procedures.
