Summary: The Human Resources Analyst will support the implementation of a new People System (iTrent) by analyzing and inputting data, ensuring accuracy and integrity. This role involves running detailed reports, identifying trends in people data, and collaborating with project teams to streamline processes. The analyst will also manage data queries and provide insights to support strategic decision-making within the organization. The position is interim for a period of 6 months and requires on-site presence at Cobalt Business Park.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the new people system by analyzing and inputting data.
  • Run and manage regular reports to provide insights into people data.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data cleaning and validation.
  • Collaborate with People and IT teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Utilise Excel to create complex data models, pivot tables, and visualisations.
  • Identify trends and patterns in people data to support strategic initiatives.
  • Undertake complex analysis of colleague data producing periodic reports.
  • Conduct specific analysis and reporting including Gender, Ethnicity, and Disability on a quarterly/annual basis as required.
  • Manage the People data inbox: responding to queries in a timely manner and prioritising requests.
  • Support the wider HR team with information and advice on colleague-related queries.
  • Provide data and trend analysis on colleague activity and undertake ad hoc benchmarking for colleague-related matters.
  • Undertake data gathering and validation from various sources and engage with Payroll to ensure alignment between HR and payroll data.
  • Manage the secure distribution of files.
