Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner on behalf of a Public Sector organisation in Wolverhampton.

The Opportunity

Spirehouse are currently seeking an experienced Interim HR Advisor to provide operational HR support with a strong focus on HR policy development, employee relations casework, and managing a significant ER backlog . This role will support managers across the organisation, ensuring consistent, compliant, and timely HR advice aligned with best practice and employment legislation.
