Summary: The HR Advisor role is a full-time position for a 9-month contract covering maternity leave, based in Warwick with a hybrid working arrangement. We’re currently supporting in the recruitment of a HR Advisor on a 9-month contreat to cover maternity leave. This is a full time position paying £45k and is based in Warwick 3 days per week with 2 days home working.

Daily duties:

  • Managing a diverse ER caseload from start to finish
  • Coaching and upskilling managers to build confidence in handling people matters
