Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive HR support in relation to the full employment cycle.
- Support the implementation of the new Workday system.
- Work alongside the HR Business Partner on HR transformational projects.
- Manage HR activities including Recruitment and Selection, Absence Management, and Discipline and Grievance.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and best practices in HR matters.
- Write procedures in line with employment law.
- Engage in continuous learning related to employment law and HR best practices.
Key Skills:
- Extensive HR experience in the full employment cycle.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience managing Workday and Workday procedures.
- HR Qualification and membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) preferred.

As part of an international HR team you will provide comprehensive HR support in relation to the full employment cycle, with sound knowledge and proven application of employment law.
You will also work alongside the HR Business Partner to deliver the new HR transformational project Workday and UK Workday knowledge base information.
This is a full-time hybrid working position for up to 6 months, predominately working from home with travel to the local office.
Essentials skills and experiences of a HR Advisor:
- Extensive HR experience in relation to the full employment cycle, supporting a Company in delivering of HR activities and employment law, in areas such as: Recruitment and Selection, Absence Management, Discipline and Grievance, Learning and Development.
- Succession Planning and Talent Management, Equality and Inclusion, Health and Wellbeing, Leaving Employment
- Extensive experience in managing Workday and Workday procedures.
- Understanding and delivery of HR related matters in line with best practice and employment law.
- Experience in writing procedures in line with employment law.
- HR Qualification and professional member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) would be an advantage
- Active in continuous learning in relation to employment law, HR best practice and own personal development
