• Handle HR requests from start to finish, ensuring a top-notch user experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service, aiming to quickly resolve queries and issues.
• Use multiple HR and Payroll systems to support the resolution of customer queries.
• Share customer feedback and suggest new HR technology solutions to improve operations.
• Audit the quality of transactional work produced by the Hubs and key HR Services metrics.
• Contribute to local projects impacting Human Resources.
• Maintain a working knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Promote the use of the case tool within HR, acting as a subject matter expert.
• Work within SLAs, focusing on delivering an excellent customer journey.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related areas.
• 2-5 years of proven experience in HR.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Good knowledge and experience with Workday/ServiceNow.
• Efficient handling of standard IT applications, preferably MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
