Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management.
  • Supporting and coaching managers on performance reviews, objective setting, and development conversations.
  • Managing recruitment campaigns from end to end, including advising on job descriptions and participating in interviews.
  • Supporting wellbeing and engagement initiatives to promote a positive, inclusive culture.
  • Ensuring HR records are accurate and compliant with employment law and data protection requirements.
  • Producing HR reports and contributing to ongoing HR projects and process improvements.
  • Overseeing payroll accuracy and compliance in collaboration with the HR and Finance teams.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a professional or corporate environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Confident in managing complex ER casework.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience) desirable.

HR Advisor (Fixed Term Contract – 15 Months)

Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 + excellent benefits

An established and forward-thinking professional services organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their collaborative team on a 15-month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and proactive HR professional to play a key role in providing day-to-day HR support and guidance across the business, partnering closely with managers and senior stakeholders.

The Role

As HR Advisor, you will act as the first point of contact for a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, wellbeing, and HR operations. You’ll also have the opportunity to support the delivery of strategic HR projects and help shape initiatives that promote engagement, inclusion, and wellbeing.

About You
