Summary: The People Advisor role is a full-time position within the HR Business Partnering Team of a leading cultural organization in the UK. The successful candidate will manage complex employee relations cases, support organizational changes, and coach managers while promoting inclusion and best practices. Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end ER cases (grievance, disciplinary, absence, performance)
  • Supporting or leading on restructures and organisational changes
  • Providing HR policy guidance and coaching to managers
  • Building strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Championing inclusion, consistency, and best practice across Tate

Key Skills:

  • Solid experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a unionised environment
  • Confidence handling high-volume, ER casework
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience

People Advisor, 3–4 Months Full-time, £38,394 – £42,776 pro rata, London, Hybrid One of the UK’s leading cultural organisations is seeking an experienced and proactive People Advisor to join their HR Business Partnering Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, front-line HR role at one of the world’s most artistically adventurous and culturally inclusive institutions. You’ll play a key role in managing complex employee relations casework, supporting organisational change projects, and coaching managers across a variety of business areas.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end ER cases (grievance, disciplinary, absence, performance)
  • Supporting or leading on restructures and organisational changes
