Summary: The Senior Executive, Human Resources role is a fixed-term position until June 2026, based in London, requiring a proactive HR professional to manage HR operations for a portfolio of hotels in Germany and Austria. Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
- Overseeing payroll in collaboration with an outsourced provider.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring smooth operations of internal HR systems.
- Advising on disciplinary matters and spearheading learning and development initiatives.
- Providing guidance on employee relations across the business.
Key Skills:
- At least 3 years of HR experience in a generalist capacity.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Flexibility to travel to Germany bi-monthly.
- A formal HR qualification would be advantageous.
