Summary: The Senior Executive, Human Resources role is a fixed-term position until June 2026, based in London, requiring a proactive HR professional to manage HR operations for a portfolio of hotels in Germany and Austria. The position involves various responsibilities including employee relations, payroll, HR administration, and recruitment, within a fast-paced international environment. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of HR experience and be fluent in both German and English. This role offers a blend of in-office and remote working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
  • Overseeing payroll in collaboration with an outsourced provider.
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring smooth operations of internal HR systems.
  • Advising on disciplinary matters and spearheading learning and development initiatives.
  • Providing guidance on employee relations across the business.

Key Skills:

  • At least 3 years of HR experience in a generalist capacity.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Flexibility to travel to Germany bi-monthly.
  • A formal HR qualification would be advantageous.
