Human Resources Advisor

Summary: The HR Advisor will join the Audio People & Culture team on an 18-month fixed-term contract in Glasgow, focusing on advising and supporting line managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle. The role emphasizes building effective relationships and providing solutions in line with HR best practices. This position is hybrid, allowing work from home or the Glasgow office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising and supporting line managers and employees on employee relations matters.
• Supporting senior management with operational HR practices.
• Contributing to HR projects to implement new initiatives.
• Liaising with Payroll and Admin teams to complete paperwork and system updates.
• Collaborating with Talent Management on recruitment needs as required.
• Assisting line managers in embedding competency-based performance management and coaching.
• Delivering people management training sessions as needed.
• Working with HR leadership to improve policies and ensure compliance.

Key Skills:

• Experience supporting HR across multiple sites in a large organization.
• Expertise in general HR disciplines.
• Solid understanding of Employment Law and compliance.
• Experience analyzing and collecting HR data.
• Knowledge of GDPR, confidentiality, and corporate responsibilities.
