Key Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end HR operations across the UK and EMEA, providing comprehensive HR support.
- Partnering with managers to advise on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handling a wide range of employee relations (ER) cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, working closely with hiring managers.
- Ensuring compliance with UK and European employment law, helping to streamline processes and maintain best practices.
- Contributing to HR projects and initiatives, supporting business needs during a busy period.
Key Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR Advisor role, ideally with exposure to EMEA.
- Strong employee relations experience and the ability to coach and guide managers.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach with a strong business mindset.
- Comfortable in a small team, able to work independently and take ownership.
- Good knowledge of UK employment law (European knowledge is a bonus).
