Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex HR cases and customer escalations from engagement through to resolution.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for payroll, shift queries, absences, and flexible working.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring queries and developing new processes.
- Support the enhancement of policies, processes, and technologies.
Key Skills:
- Experience in delivering HR service operations.
- Good understanding of HR technology and experience with HR systems development and deployment.
- Knowledge of process management and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, and Excel.
