Summary: The role of HR Advisor involves providing expert HR advice and support within a public sector organization in North Wales. Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice to managers and employees on HR matters
  • Coaching and mentoring managers to strengthen leadership and people management skills
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships between employees, managers, and trade unions
  • Developing, updating, and reviewing HR policies to reflect current legislation
  • Coaching managers to improve their knowledge of handling employee relations issues
  • Collaborating with senior teams to introduce effective change management strategies
  • Supporting managers in hiring processes, including job advertising, selection methods, and contract options

  • Experience of leading and advising on complex employee relations matters
  • Experience of identifying learning and development needs
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise, organise and manage own workload independently
