Summary: The role of HR Advisor involves providing generalist HR support for a Public Sector organization in Birmingham. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the organization with generalist HR matters, including employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.
- Monitor and record employee absence, conduct Return to Work interviews, and manage formal attendance meetings.
- Undertake recruitment campaigns, design job adverts, organize interviews, and conduct post-offer checks.
- Work closely with the Head of HR to support other HR objectives.
Key Skills:
- CIPD level 5 qualification.
- Experience in HR generalist functions.
- Strong understanding of employee relations and recruitment processes.
- Ability to conduct interviews and manage attendance issues.
- Enhanced DBS check.
