Summary: The HR Administrator (Workday) role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a prestigious luxury retail group, aimed at HR graduates or entry-level professionals with HR admin experience in a large organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely data input via SAP HR
  • Prepare new starter contracts and a new starter pack
  • Draft HR documents, including employee letters
  • Process company leavers
  • Work with the payroll team on payroll administration
  • Assist with preparing management of purchase orders
  • Support the HRIS Manager

Key Skills:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years HR admin experience within the UK
  • Workday experience is essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent ability to handle large volumes of data
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • HR systems/SAP experience will be beneficial, not essential
  • Affiliation with luxury/retail will be advantageous, not essential

Mapped Recruitment is partnering with one of the most prestigious luxury retail groups worldwide on their search for an HR Administrator (Workday) (12-month FTC) to join their team due to internal movement. This role will be well suited to a HR graduate/entry-level HR administrator who has a proven track record of HR Admin experience using Workday within a fast-paced, large organisation (looking after a high volume of employees 1,000+) and looking to continue to develop their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Senior HR Manager and the HR Administration Manager
  • HR Data - ensure accurate and timely data input via SAP HR
  • Prepare new starter contracts and a new starter pack
  • Drafting HR documents - employee letters
  • Processing company leavers
  • Work with the payroll team on Payroll Administration
  • Assist with preparing Management of Purchase Orders
  • Supporting HRIS Manager
