Summary: The Human Resource Administrator role is an 18-month fixed-term position aimed at supporting HR operations within a leading organization. Ideal for HR professionals or recent graduates, the role involves managing various aspects of the employee life cycle and contributing to global HR projects. Candidates will be responsible for tasks such as payroll preparation and data analysis related to employee performance and absence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, appraisals, and offboarding processes.
- Managing the Tensor clocking system for updates to annual leave, flexi-time, sickness, and holiday requests.
- Generating and analysing data trends related to employee absence and appraisals.
- Contributing to global HR projects, including data entry into systems such as Workday.
- Assisting with payroll preparation by delivering detailed, accurate, and timely payroll notes to the Finance team.
