Summary: The role of Interim HR Administrator at a Leeds-based charity involves managing HR inquiries and supporting various HR functions for an initial period of three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the HR inbox and escalating HR issues to the relevant team member
  • Producing letters including change of terms, offer and outcomes
  • Adding new starters to the HRIS
  • Advising employees on holiday entitlement
  • Coordinating interviews for managers
  • Supporting with the onboarding of new starters and offboarding of leavers
  • Assisting with job advert posting, CV sifting and generalist and managing vacancies

Key Skills:

  • Recent experience within Human Resources administration
  • CIPD qualified or working towards this
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems

Elevation Recruitment Group HR are proud to partner with a Leeds based Charity, seeking an Interim HR Administrator to join their team for 3 months in the first instance, on a full-time basis. With a potential to go permanent, this HR Administrator role will act as the first point for general HR enquires and requests. As a key member of the People Team, you will take on a diverse range of responsibilities including:

  • Managing the HR inbox and escalating HR issues to the relevant team member
  • Producing letters including change of terms, offer and outcomes
  • Adding new starters to the HRIS
  • Advising employees on holiday entitlement
  • Coordinate interviews for managers
  • Supporting with the onboarding of new starters and offboarding of leavers
  • Assisting with job advert posting, CV sifting and generalist and manging vacancies
