Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the HR inbox and escalating HR issues to the relevant team member
- Producing letters including change of terms, offer and outcomes
- Adding new starters to the HRIS
- Advising employees on holiday entitlement
- Coordinating interviews for managers
- Supporting with the onboarding of new starters and offboarding of leavers
- Assisting with job advert posting, CV sifting and generalist and managing vacancies
Key Skills:
- Recent experience within Human Resources administration
- CIPD qualified or working towards this
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems

With a potential to go permanent, this HR Administrator role will act as the first point for general HR enquires and requests.
