The business is looking for a Temporary HR Administrator to join their team and assist with People Services. Key Responsibilities of the Temporary HR Administrator: Handle various HR administrative tasks, including but not limited to payroll queries, managing sickness records, and processing flexible working requestsManage a shared inbox to address HR-related queries and issuesUtilise the Cascade HR system for HR management tasksAssist with recruitment processes when needed, including contract preparation and vetting checksServe as the first point of contact for HR-related enquiriesSupport maternity-related processes and paperwork Requirements of the Temporary HR Administrator: Previous experience in an administration roleExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to adapt to a changing work environment and learn new processes quicklyStrong organisational skills and attention to detail If this sounds like the next role for you, please apply!
