Summary: The HR Administrator role in Droitwich involves providing comprehensive HR administrative support within a global manufacturing company.   • Drafting and issuing offer paperwork

  • Assisting with the improvement of HR processes and documentation

HR Administrator Droitwich, Worcestershire Contract – 6 Months (Possibility for extension) Full time on site (Manufacturing) with early Friday finish Medlock Partners are partnering with a Global Manufacturing business to identify an individual who can support their team with HR Administration. This is a great opportunity for a positive team player with a ‘can do’ attitude, looking to develop their HR skills and experience as part of a dedicated HR team within a growing international company. This person will report into the HR Director and work alongside two HR Business Partners to provide effective and timely support to the business across the full employee life cycle.

Key responsibilities of the HR Administrator:

  • Providing excellent HR administrative support to HR Team
  • Managing and updating the HR system to accurate and up-to-date records
  • Posting job adverts on various websites and working with agencies to attract suitable candidates
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and filing systems
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new starters including completing background checks
  • Drafting and issuing offer paperwork
  • Preparing employee correspondence and documentation
  • Setting up and coordinating quarterly recruitment days
  • Assisting with the improvement of HR processes and documentation

Key requirements for the HR Administrator:

  • Previous experience as a HR Administrator is essential for this role
