Summary: The HR Administrator role at a well-known organization involves managing operational HR tasks while closely collaborating with the Head of HR and the Managing Director. The position requires effective administrative support, maintenance of HR systems, and involvement in payroll and recruitment processes. The role offers significant exposure to various HR functions within the organization. Candidates will be expected to ensure efficient onboarding and support the HR team in formal meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective administrative support to the Head of HR and the wider business.
  • Maintain an accurate HR System (PeopleHR) by inputting HR data and producing reports.
  • Assist with the monthly payroll process, including managing the payroll inbox and liaising with the payroll provider.
  • Support recruitment activities such as posting adverts, arranging interviews, and preparing interview packages.
  • Ensure an efficient onboarding process, including managing new joiner paperwork and updating relevant systems.
  • Take notes at meetings, including disciplinary hearings and other formal meetings.

Key Skills:

  • CIPD Level 3 certified (desirable but not essential).
  • Experience providing administrative support in an HR function.
  • Experience working in an SME.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced IT skills.

Salary (Rate): £35,000.00
