Summary: The role of Human Resources Administrator at Gü involves supporting the People Team in various HR functions across two offices in Bishop’s Stortford and Shepherd’s Bush. Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing offer letters, contracts, and references
- Organising induction processes and managing onboarding/offboarding (including via Bob)
- Supporting with probation, T&Cs changes, exit interviews, and basic ER cases
- Being a liaison for IT access for starters/leavers
- Keeping HR systems and files (especially Bob) tidy and up-to-date
- Assisting with recruitment coordination, mainly for our factory team
- Generating useful HR KPIs and reports
- Being a friendly and reliable first point of contact for HR queries

The Role
Reporting to the People Business Partner, you’ll be a key player in our People Team, supporting employees across our two buzzing offices in Bishop’s Stortford and Shepherd’s Bush. You’ll be the go-to for:
