Summary: The HR Administrator role based in Birmingham involves supporting the BBC's HR Systems team by managing critical data administration tasks. The position requires processing changes in SAP HCM and LMS, as well as providing basic second line support for LMS queries. This hybrid role necessitates two days of in-office work each week. The successful candidate will report to an HR Specialist and contribute to maintaining the organisational structure and learning data within SAP HCM.
Key Responsibilities:
