Summary: Dalkia UK is seeking a full-time HR Administrator for a 6-month fixed-term contract, combining remote work and office presence at Birmingham Business Park. The role focuses on delivering efficient HR administration services, handling data processing, and maintaining HR mailboxes while ensuring a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an accurate, efficient, and customer-focused administrative service
- Act as a point of contact for HR queries
- Maintain several HR mailboxes
- Process high volumes of data via systems and Excel spreadsheets
- Carry out checks on data accuracy
- Work closely with Payroll to report new starters, absence, changes, and leaver information
- Compile reports from the HR system(s) as required
Key Skills:
- Previous administration experience within a busy environment
- Experienced in high volume administration/processing, working to tight deadlines
- Proficient in data inputting, generating reports, and maintaining systems
- Competent in Microsoft Office, including Excel
