Summary: Dalkia UK is seeking a full-time HR Administrator for a 6-month fixed-term contract, combining remote work and office presence at Birmingham Business Park. The role focuses on delivering efficient HR administration services, handling data processing, and maintaining HR mailboxes while ensuring a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an accurate, efficient, and customer-focused administrative service
  • Act as a point of contact for HR queries
  • Maintain several HR mailboxes
  • Process high volumes of data via systems and Excel spreadsheets
  • Carry out checks on data accuracy
  • Work closely with Payroll to report new starters, absence, changes, and leaver information
  • Compile reports from the HR system(s) as required

  • Proficient in data inputting, generating reports, and maintaining systems
