Job Description:
The HR Business Partner partners with the business area's leadership team to drive the successful delivery of the people strategy in line with the business strategy. They will consult with the business on topics including but not limited to organisational design & development, engagement, organisational culture, building capability, developing our talent, compensation and reward. Working in close collaboration with the HRBP Practice, HRDs, and COCs, this role is responsible for providing HR expertise and strategic HR direction and delivery in partnership with the business.
