Summary: This role seeks to establish a pool of experts in Human Capital Development in Fragile Environments for the European Training Foundation (ETF) projects in Europe. Candidates with extensive experience in this field will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. Inclusion in the expert pool does not guarantee immediate assignment but allows access to future project opportunities. Relevant experience and a Master's degree or higher are required for consideration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in specific assignments related to Human Capital Development in Fragile Environments as contacted by the ETF.
- Provide expertise based on the category of experience (Cat. I, II, or III) for various projects.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies in fragile environments.
Key Skills:
- Master’s Degree or higher (e.g., PhD).
- At least 15 years of relevant professional experience for Cat. I experts.
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience for Cat. II experts.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience for Cat. III experts.
- Very good command of English.

Requirements: Education at least Master’s Degree level or higher, e.g. PhD degree At least 15 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 10 years related to Human Capital Development in Fragile Environments for Cat.I experts; At least 10 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 7 years related to Human Capital Development in Fragile Environments for Cat.II experts; At least 5 years relevant professional experience of which at least 5 years related to Human Capital Development in Fragile Environments for Cat.III experts; Very good command of English.
