Summary: The HubSpot Solutions Engineer role in Birmingham is a hands-on position focused on delivering end-to-end HubSpot solutions for B2B clients over a 6-month contract. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end HubSpot solutions for B2B clients
  • Manage CRM systems: data acquisition, segmentation, data hygiene, governance
  • Provide insight and analysis to improve marketing performance
  • Lead CRM-related client projects, including onboarding, training, and optimisation
  • Support integrations, automation, and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams on client strategy, audits, and tech stack alignment
  • Contribute to pre-sales and proposals with demos, scoping and solution planning

Key Skills:

  • 2+ years hands-on experience with HubSpot
  • Solid experience in B2B data strategy and CRM management
  • Confidence with reporting, segmentation, integrations, and client communications
  • 3+ years of agency/consultancy experience
  • Ability to drive data-led solutions from scoping to implementation
  • Bonus: Energy sector knowledge and HubSpot certifications (or keen to earn them)

About HubSpot Solutions Engineer| Birmingham| 6-month contract | £250-350 p/day (Outside IR35) You'll work across everything from segmentation and reporting to CRM setup, campaign support, and integrations. This is a hands-on role in a collaborative, friendly team with plenty of scope to grow. Rate: £250-£350 p/day OIR35 Duration: 3-6 months (possible extension) Location: Birmingham (2 days a month)

What We're Looking For

We need a CRM & Data pro who:

  • Knows HubSpot inside out (2+ yrs hands-on)
  • Has solid experience in B2B data strategy and CRM management
  • Is confident with reporting, segmentation, integrations, and client comms
  • Brings agency/consultancy experience (3+ yrs)
  • Can drive data-led solutions, from scoping to implementation
