Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting audits on repairs teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Performing planned checks on the property portfolio
- Carrying out health & safety audits and spot checks within the company’s repairs department
- Overseeing health & safety planned inspections of the company’s commercial building stock
- Undertaking COSHH assessments and reviewing risk assessments and safe operating procedures
- Providing guidance and answering day-to-day health and safety queries
Key Skills:
- NEBOSH General Certificate and/or NEBOSH Construction Certificate
- ISO 45001/ISO 14001 Internal Auditor
- Tech. IOSH Member
