Summary: The HSEQ Advisor role involves leading the implementation of a new HSEQ system across four depots located in Telford, Newcastle, Barnsley, and Ellesmere Port. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with depot teams.
- Implement a new HSEQ system across four locations.
- Develop and deliver HSEQ training programs for employees.
- Maintain and update HSEQ documentation, policies, and procedures.
Key Skills:
- Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IEMA, CIEEM, IOSH, ISO 9001, or ISO 14001 (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in an HSEQ role or related field.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in delivering training and system implementation.
