The role
Provide practical health, safety and environmental guidance across the site
Complete regular inspections, audits and compliance checks
Review risk assessments and method statements
Support site inductions, briefings and toolbox talks
Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
Work closely with project management teams and contractors
Maintain accurate HSE records and reports
What we are looking for
Previous HSE experience within a construction environment
NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate
Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation
Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
A practical and proactive approach to site safety
Relevant CSCS card preferred
