Key Responsibilities:
- Support the EHS Lead in the day-to-day management of EHS activities on site
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with Danish regulations and project-specific EHS requirements
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety walks, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions
- Assist in the development and delivery of toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions
- Review and approve risk assessments, method statements, and permit-to-work documentation
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and non-conformances, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions are completed
- Maintain accurate EHS records, reports, and documentation
- Promote a positive safety culture and actively engage with contractors and site personnel
- Support environmental compliance, including waste management, pollution prevention, and sustainability initiatives
Key Skills:
- Experience in EHS management within construction or similar industries
- Knowledge of Danish EHS regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and safety audits
- Proficient in incident investigation and reporting
