HSE Advisor

Summary: The HSE Advisor role involves supporting the EHS Lead in managing environmental, health, and safety activities on-site in Denmark. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the EHS Lead in the day-to-day management of EHS activities on site
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with Danish regulations and project-specific EHS requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety walks, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions
• Assist in the development and delivery of toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions
• Review and approve risk assessments, method statements, and permit-to-work documentation
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and non-conformances, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions are completed
• Maintain accurate EHS records, reports, and documentation
• Promote a positive safety culture and actively engage with contractors and site personnel
• Support environmental compliance, including waste management, pollution prevention, and sustainability initiatives

Key Skills:

• Experience in EHS management within construction or similar industries
• Knowledge of Danish EHS regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
