Key Responsibilities:

- Support the configuration, optimisation and ongoing delivery of the Workday platform
- Partner closely with the Workday Technical Lead on enhancements, integrations and change
- Drive continuous improvement across HR systems and processes
- Own issues and solutions end-to-end, from requirement through to delivery

- Strong experience working with Workday HCM
- Proven experience operating in a stakeholder-facing HRIS or Workday role
