Summary: The HRIS Specialist role at Catalyst Partners involves optimizing and enhancing a new HRIS platform for a globally recognized financial advisory firm. This interim position is a 6-month fixed-term contract focused on launching critical HR processes and providing user support. The specialist will collaborate with HR and IT teams while managing onboarding processes for global entities. Strong experience with HRIS products is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize and enhance the new HRIS platform.
  • Launch performance module and other critical processes.
  • Provide user support and troubleshoot where necessary.
  • Manage onboarding process of European & other global entities.
  • Partner with HR & IT to understand the issues & problems.
  • Deliver training modules globally.

Key Skills:

  • Track record and experience working with HRIS products (Non Negotiable).
  • Ability to deliver projects for HRIS optimization/enhancement with the highest level of efficiency (Non Negotiable).
  • Experience working with HiBob (Preferred).
  • Experience managing global stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical eye & good attention to detail.

*** HRIS Specialist *** Catalyst Partners are pleased to be working with a globally known financial advisory & investments firm who are looking to hire a HRIS Specialist to join their team on an interim basis as they come to an end of a transformation project. This is a 6 month FTC. Salary offering up to £65,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize and enhance the new HRIS platform.
  • Launch performance module and other critical processes.
  • Provide user support and troubleshoot where necessary.
  • Manage onboarding process of European & other global entities.
  • Partner with HR & IT to understand the issues & problems.
