Summary: As a HRIS Project Manager, you will lead the migration of HR processes and systems to a unified HR IT stack, shaping the future technology landscape of the organization. As a HRIS Project Manager, you will be leading the migration of all people, HR processes and systems to a single HR IT stack. This role is central to shaping the future HR technology landscape of the merged organisation and ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems. You will be managing dependencies, timelines and risks across a complex transformation landscape.

Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Must Haves:
- Experience in leading large-scale HRIS or IT transformational programmes, ideally within a complex organisation.
- Strong understanding of HR functional areas with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Ability to shape programme direction, help teams prioritise activities, and influence decision-making based on commercial, cost, and technical parameters.
- Comfortable navigating global and local systems landscapes, with the ability to explain context and implications to diverse stakeholders.
What’s in it for you? – Our client loves to reward their people for doing a great job. This is contract for 12 months. A daily pay rate (inside IR35) of £600.00 a day through Umbrella. This role provides a hybrid working access based in Newbury (2 days onsite).
