Summary: The HRIS Officer at Essendi will support the HR team in managing HRIS processes and queries for a fixed-term contract of up to 12 months. This role involves ensuring data accuracy, liaising with stakeholders, and providing system training and support. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the data cleanse process for the UK workforce.
- Review and manage all data/transactions submitted by the hotels for accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with the Corporate office in Paris and external Project Consultants on system development.
- Ensure HR, Payroll, Resourcing, and L&D modules are functioning as expected.
- Assist in reviewing and documenting HR & Payroll processes and making recommendations.
- Develop standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
- Maintain data integrity in systems by analyzing data.
- Deliver systems administration and provide user support for the HRIS.
- Handle systems queries and process requests related to problem solving and technical faults.
- Support users through a helpdesk service for employee/manager self-service.
- Produce communication addressing global changes/issues impacting users.
- Design user guides for end users as needed.
- Provide system training to HR and non-HR users.
- Seek opportunities to learn new skills and develop expertise for effective role delivery.

About the Company Essendi is looking for an HRIS Officer for a period of up to 12 months fixed term contract to join our HR team. You will be part of the Hammersmith Support office team of 70 people and also part of the wider team of our hotels.
About the Role As an HRIS Officer, you will play a vital role in assisting with the management of HRIS processes and queries from start to finish. The HRIS Officer will report to the HR Manager and work closely with our Senior HR & Benefits Advisor. You will work to resolve issues and escalate to the Senior HR & Benefits Advisor where necessary. This position would suit an organised, competent and committed individual with a can-do and solution-oriented attitude which is maintained under pressure. You will be confident and resilient, flexible with strong attention to detail whilst being a supportive team player. This role would best suit someone with excellent interpersonal skills who can confidently liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
