We're looking for an experienced HRIS Implementation Consultant/Project Manager to lead a key HR systems and payroll transformation project for a growing organisation.
You'll take ownership of moving manual and fragmented HR processes into a scalable HRIS, working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance and wider stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience delivering HRIS implementation or transformation projects from process design through to implementation.
- Strong experience of HR process redesign, workflow automation and moving manual processes into HR systems.
- Hands-on experience with payroll transformation or payroll system implementation, ideally involving a move from manual or fragmented processes.
- Strong project management and delivery skills, with the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, testing and implementation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, working across HR, Payroll, Finance and IT.
- Experience with Rippling is highly desirable, although strong experience with other HRIS platforms will be considered.

- Contract: 8-12 weeks initially

- Working pattern: 2-3 days per week onsite
- Rate: Flexible depending on experience
