Your new role
With SuccessFactors newly implemented, our client is seeking an experienced individual who will be the HR function's primary functional owner for SuccessFactors who can partner with HR, Digital and external implementation partners to deliver system improvements.
You'll also be responsible for workforce analytics, establishing workforce governance and providing insights and recommendations of SuccessFactors modules. This role will run for 12 months and requires 3 days in the office and is walking distance from Bank.
What you'll need to succeed
This is an opportunity to put your SAP SuccessFactors expertise to work, taking ownership of HR systems and shaping the roadmap for future improvements.
You'll combine hands-on configuration across workflows, permissions and business rules with prioritising enhancements that make HR processes simpler and more effective.
