Key Responsibilities:
- Configuring, maintaining and optimizing Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) and/or UKG Pro Workforce Management
- Translating business and country-specific requirements into scalable system configurations
- Managing system changes, enhancements, testing activities and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting the migration from Kronos WFC to UKG Pro Workforce Management
- Performing UAT testing, writing test cases and coordinating test completion
- Acting as the key point of contact for HR, IT and business stakeholders
- Delivering end-user training and supporting adoption of new functionality
- Identifying, troubleshooting and resolving application incidents and bottlenecks
Key Skills:
- Background within HRIS, Workforce Management Systems, HR Technology or similar
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience within an international, multi-country environment
- In-depth experience with Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) and/or UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions)
- Experience with HRIS configuration, system implementations and change management
- Experience with Time & Absence Management processes
- Experience with SuccessFactors or other HR Cloud solutions would be a plus
- Experience within retail, logistics, manufacturing or another large international organization would be a plus

You will join an international HRIS team that supports a rapidly growing European organization. One of the main priorities will be the migration from Kronos Workforce Central to UKG Pro Workforce Management, while ensuring business continuity, user adoption and continuous system improvement across multiple countries.
