Summary: Masentó Group is seeking an experienced HRIS Solutions Developer/Consultant for a 3-6 month contract in North England. The role involves implementing HR systems for an acquired business, ensuring effective system integration. The ideal candidate should have experience with Sage People HCM, Salesforce, and OneAdvances solutions. The position offers hybrid working arrangements with 1-2 days on-site each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Local system configuration (alongside 3rd party consultants)
- Data upload and cleansing activities
- Requirements gathering & summarisation
- Support in process mapping
- Perform IT testing and support end user testing
- Support end user training
Key Skills:
- Good broad understanding on HR Operations
- Good system Back End configuration understanding such as dynamic field mapping & reporting
- Has good knowledge of Time & Attendance functions & operations
- Has good knowledge of Payroll function & operations
- Knowledge of OneAdvances TMS and/or Flexipay solutions

The ideal candidate will have experience in working with Sage People HCM & Recruit, Salesforce platforms as well as OneAdvances TMS & Flexipay solutions.
It will be required to implement HR systems to an acquired business to ensure their systems are merged effectively.
